these 503 errors is because your browser is making too many concurrent
connections to the apache service.

Are you running anything on your system that may be causing this
excessive concurrent connections? If it's any consolation, it appears
that 82.238.148.129 is the only IP address that is exceeding this
connection limit.

Bu sorunu çözmede sana yardımcı olmaktan mutluluk duyarım..Bu 503 hatalarını almanın sebebi internet tarayıcının apache servisine aşırı bağlantı yapmaya çalışmasıdır..
Sisteminde bu bağlantılara sebeb olacak herhangi bir şey çalışıyormu ? Şu anda 82.238.148.129 bu bağlantı limitini aşan tek ip adresi olarak görünüyor..
