opencart google merchant türkçe karakter sorunu

yi bu şekilde düzenledim ama türkçe karakterlerde sorun yaratıyor

normalde bu kodda türkçe karakterleri ingilizce karakterlere çeviriyor ama ben türkçe karakterleri göstermek istiyorum utf 8 olmasında ramen :Â*Yurt dışı gönderimlerinde gümrüklerde oluşabilecek ek ödemeler ve vergiler alıcı tarafından karşılanmaktadır.

seo modülü kullanıyorsanız orada bir problem olabilir seo modülünde bi ayar yapmanız gerekebilir google base ile merchantda sıkıntılar çıkabilmekte modül kullanmanız dah sağlıklı olacaktır merchant modülleri ile sağlıklı xml alabilirsiniz.
