Notification of Complaint and Commencement of Administrative Proceeding
Dear Complainant,

Further to the Respondent information provided in your Complaint, you are invited to amend the Complaint to reflect the following registrant information we received from the Registrar:

Please note that this invitation is not a formal deficiency under the UDRP Rules, and while we strongly recommend that you amend the Complaint, you are not required to do so.

If you choose to amend your Complaint to add the newly identified registrant as a respondent, please submit your amendment by January 24, 2021. You may do so by electronically submitting a simple amendment or an amended Complaint. You may also wish to include further facts or arguments in light of the new registrant information.

Please note that such amendment may also impact the Mutual Jurisdiction section of the Complaint.

If you do not wish to make substantive amendments to your Complaint, but do wish to add the above-mentioned registrar-provided registrant information to your Complaint, you may do so by an affirmative reply to this email.

If you choose not to amend the Complaint, kindly confirm this to us by January 24, 2021. Please note however that the Respondent identity determination is at the Panel's discretion upon appointment.

If we do not hear from you by January 24, 2021, we will proceed to formal Complaint Notification assuming that you chose not to amend the Complaint in light of this notice. The Center will send all communications to the registrant contact details disclosed by the Registrar to ensure proper notice is provided to the registrant.
