NAME.COM Domainimi Grace Period içinde Başkasına Sattı

Evet arkadaşlar, başlıkta kısaca belirttiğim gibi. Name.com bir domainimi grace period içerisinde, expiration date sonrası 21. günde (veya 22.) günde başka bir kaydediciye sattı (transfer etti). Teknik destek birimi bu konuda yardımcı olmuyor ve "eğer benim için önemli bir domain ise yeni kaydediciden teklif stemem gerektiğini" söylüyor. Bu durumda ne yapabilirim?

Bana son yazdıklarında "evet grace period doğru ama bu domain için grace period bitmiş" diyor... Anlam veremedim. Grace period bitse bile ikinci grace period (redemption grace period) girmesi lazım. Bu işte kesin bir yanlışlık var.

<li value="10">EXPIRATION OF A DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION:

Immediately after the expiration of the term of domain name registration services and before deletion of the domain name in the applicable registry's database, we may direct the domain name to name-servers and IP address(es) designated by us, including, without limitation, to no IP address or to IP address(es) which host a parking page or a commercial search engine that may display advertisements, and we may either leave your WHOIS information intact or we may change the contact information in the WHOIS output for the expired domain name so that you are no longer the listed registrant of the expired domain name.

Reactivation Period Process.

We may, but are not obligated to, offer this process, called the "reactivation period." 1. Discontinue the domain name registration services at any time thereafter without notice. In which case, certain registry administrators may provide procedures by which discontinued domain name registration services may nonetheless be renewed. We will participate in this process, typically called the "Redemption Grace Period" ("RGP"), for each gTLD registry administrator that provides it. We may, in our sole discretion, choose not to participate in the RGP process with respect to any or all of your ccTLD domain name registration services and we shall not be liable therefore. If available, RGP typically ends between thirty (30) and forty-two (42) days after the end of the reactivation period of the domain name services. The current RGP fee is set forth on the Pricing Page and does not include any registration fees that may also be due. We are not obliged to contact you to alert you that the domain name registration services are being discontinued; or
2. Pay the registry's registration fee or otherwise provide for the registration services to be continued. In which case, you will not be able to recover the domain name registration services; or
3. If we auctioned the domain name services to a third party, we may transfer the domain name registration services to such third party. In which case, the third party who won the auction for the domain name services will control the domain name services, including control over the WHOIS information and the DNS settings. You may recover the domain name registration services prior to the end of the reactivation period, as such reactivation period applied to you. We are not obliged to contact you to alert you that the domain name registration services are or were auctioned. We do not have to pay you any of the proceeds we may earn as a result of such an auction.

Bu durum için registrar firmanın kendi inisiyatifindedir demiyor. Üstelik bu kadar bir sürede domain satıldığına ilk defa şahit oluyorum. Yıllardır yazılan çizilen periyodlar şimdi uçup gitti mi?

Tekrar teşekkür ederim. Hiç farketmedim, bugüne kadar başıma gelmedi. Name.com üzerinde daha evvel de geç yenilemelerim oldu, zaman zaman oluyor. Name üzerinde 29-30 güne kadar, GoDaddy üzerinde -25 güne kadar oldu yenilemelerim. Ama bu şekilde bir uygulama ile karşılaşmadım. Şimdi öğrenmiş oldum

Bu arada bir not;
Son hafta bazı sebeplerle fazlaca domainim 23 gün gecikti ve bunları yeniledim. Ancak hem name.com'da sorun çıktı hem GoDaddy'da. İkisinde de ilk defa sorun yaşadım. Bununla birlikte GoDaddy sorunlu domainleri önce cezası karşılığı yenileyebileceğini söyledi, ardından 2 ila 4 sene yenilemelerle bunları cezasız olarak kabul etti ve sorunlarımı çözdü.

Demek istediğim, bu iki firma ile de bu şekilde bir sorun daha evvel yaşamadım, senelerdir yüzlerce domaine çalıştım bu firmalarla. İlk defa, ikisi aynı dönemde böyle bir sorun yaşadım. Değişen bir şeyler mi var, ne oluyor diye ICAAN dokümanlarına baktım, değişen bir şey göremedim.

Merhaba,
evet süresi geçerse cezalı ödeme yaparsınız.Zaten süresi geçtikten sonra ellerinde tutma sebepleri de budur.Belki yenilenirse biraz kar ederiz hesabı.

Domain değerliyse o nedenle açık arttırmada satılmıştır.Normalde kimse para verip almaz.

Teşekkür ederim. Ben bu konuda ICAAN ile irtibat kurmaya karar verdim. Zira ICAAN'in ilgili sayfalarında bunun kayıt firmasının kendi inisiyatifinde olduğuna dair bir bilgi bulunmuyor. Redemption Grace Period sonuna kadar yenilenebileceği ve bu arada kayır firmasının 3 uyarı maili göndermesi gerektiği belirtiliyor. Hatta ilgili sayfaın sonunda, "eğer Redemption Grace Period içinde kurtarma ya da yenileme yapamadıysanız Domain Yenileme Şikayet formumuzu doldurun" diyor.

Doldurduk ve durumu izah ettik, bakalım ne olacak.

Bu arada ICAAN yeni firmanın akredite yazmanlardan olmadığı konusunda da beni uyarmış, sağolsunlar. Ne var ki akredite olanın yaptığıyla mağdur olmuştuk.
