Cpanel yedek açılmıyor.

Sunucuda site olmamasına rağmen yedeği açmaya çalışınca bu şekilde hata veriyor. Aynı domaini başka kullanıcı adı ile açarsam domain açılıyor ama elimdeki yedeği açmam gerek bu konuda ne yapabilirim?

skype drexe16 eklerseniz yardımcı olabilirim.

phpmyadmn den o adı bulup siliniz.

nethsyb isimli kullanıcıyı silmeniz gerekiyor.

Şimdide böyle bir hata veriyor.

Overwrite the existing user. seçip deneyiniz whm panelden

ssh'dan /scripts/restorepkg yedek.tar.gz --force ile deneyin.

Ne denediysem olmadı sunucu benim olmadığı için bilgileride başkalarına veremiyorum sahibi istemiyor.
