eski vps sunucumdan ayrılıp yeni bir sunucuya geçtim ve eski sunucumdayken full backup almıştım ve bu dosyanın uzantısı "tar.gz" .eski panelim de cpaneldi şimdiki de cpanel.yeni cpanel versiyonum 11 .
full yedeğimi home dizinine attım ve yeni bir host hesabı( account) açtım. whm panelden "
Restore a Full Backup/cpmove file" seçeneğine tıkladığımda aşağıdaki resimdeki ekran geldi...
ve resimdeki 1 numara ile gösterdiğim kısma açtığım hesabın ismini yazıyorum ve restore"ye tıkladığımda aarıyor ama şu şekilde bi hata veriyor.bulamıyor yani.

This feature will restore full backups, cpanel backups and cpanel move files in the format of:
cpmove-user.tar.gz, user.tar.gz, backup-date_time_user.tar.gz
The files must be in one of these directories on the server:
/home,/usr/home,/web,/home2,/home3,/root,/usr
You must upload the file to one of the above locations before
using this feature.
ilk defa böyle bir taşıma yapacağım acaba ben mi yanlış yapıyorum yoksa başka bir sorun mu var ?
