Sitelerin yönlendirmelerinde sorun yaşıyorum

Bugün bir firmadan cpanel ile birlikte sunucu teslim aldık.
Sunucuda nameserverlere kadar ayar yaptılar.
Ben whm den host oluşturuyorum açılıyor fakat ftp ye bağlanmıyor ve intodns.com dan siteyi sorguladığımda ip ve nslerin sağlıklı yönlenmediği gözüküyor.

Bunlar göz önüne alınarak problem nerede olabilir ?

ya dns tam oturmamıştır yada oluşturulan dns'te sorun vardır

aynı sorun bende de var. yeni cloudlinux ve cpanel kurulumu yaptım.

hostu açtım. ilk kurukumda dns ayarlarını da o domaine göre kurdum.

2 gün inat ettim kendim çözeceğim diye ama çözemedim, teknik desteğe başvurdum 5 dk da çözdüler.

bana böyle bir mail geldi. benim yaptığımdan dolayı onların yaptığından dolayı mı tam bilmiyorum.
