    Uygulamamı google play e yükledim android mobilde sorun yok, fakat android tv de dpad 10 sn ileri 10 saniye geri de dpad hatası veriyor sanırım. bu sorunu çözebilecek kabiliyetli arkadaşlarım vardır . ücretli çözümü yapabilecek arkadaşların ilgilenmesini rica ederim. verdiği hata budur.

    Status: Latest app update not accepted into Android TV on Google Play

    We’ve reviewed your appeal request and found that your app, Player (com.xxxxxxxx), still contains eligibility issues. We’ve included details below about the specific issue with your app and what you can do to meet the requirements for Android TV.

    Step 1: Fix the eligibility issues with your app

    During review, we detected the following eligibility issues and were unable to accept your app for Android TV:

    Your app is not navigable using a D-pad controller. Please make sure that menus and app navigation needed for the app's core functionality are fully functional using a DPad.
    For example, within app (version code 25) when selecting rewind 10 secs, pause, or fast forward 10 secs using the D-pad controller.
    You can refer to the D-pad Control and Hardware Declaration page for additional guidance.
    As explained in the Play Console Requirements policy, in order for us to review your app (version code 25) for compliance with Developer Program policies, you need to provide valid login credentials (such as an active demo account) and any other resources needed to review your app (for example, QR code, etc.) via Google Play Console "App Access" section.

    If you previously supplied credentials, please ensure that they have not expired or are not limited in use and update them in Google Play Console.
    We could not access the in-app content for key in info under the "Add XC Playlist" section. with the login credentials you provided. This may be due to an app connection error, or the provided credentials might not be valid. Ensure your app can be accessed for review.

    Follow these steps to submit valid login credentials for your app:

    Provide login credentials and access details for your app using the instructions described in this Play Console Help Center article under the “App Access” section.
    If your app typically requires a 2-step verification code or one-time password, provide us with reusable login credentials that do not expire through Google Play Console. Alternatively, please provide complete instructions via Google Play Console to access your app (for example, email account details where we can receive a 2-step verification code).
    If your login credentials are not numeric or alphanumeric (for example, a QR code, barcode), please generate a static URL and upload it to Google Play Console.
    Resubmit your app for review after double-checking that it is compliant with the Developer Program policies, including the Play Console Requirements.
    If your Update status is "Ready to send for review", or if your Publishing overview has a section for "Changes ready to send for review", then you must click Send for review from the Publishing overview page to submit your changes for review.
    The fastest way to resolve this issue and get your app back on Google Play is to follow the instructions provided above. Do NOT contact our policy support team to provide this information, as this can delay the review process.

    Please update your app to fix these issues and make sure to deactivate the non-compliant app bundle for app bundle version 25. You can refer to the linked materials for additional guidance.

    Step 2: Submit an updated app for another review

    Read through the Android TV App Quality Guidelines for more details.
    Make appropriate changes to your app, and be sure to address the issue described above.
    Increment the version number of the upgraded APK.
    Sign in to Play Console and submit the update to your app or upload the modified, policy-compliant APK across all tracks, and deactivate the non-compliant APK(s).
    To deactivate a non-compliant APK, please create a new release and upload a compliant APK to the same track.
    Be sure to increment the APK version number and set the release to 100% rollout in order to successfully override and deactivate the non-compliant APK.
    Or if you’d like to exclude your app from Android TV:

    Sign in to Play Console.
    Opt out of Android TV on the Pricing & Distribution page.
    Submit the update to your app.
    Note: In addition to your Production release, if you have other release types that you use for testing and/or quality assurance checks (for example, Internal test, Closed, Open), please make sure to update those tracks as well.
