Kapatılan Developer Hesabını Açabilecek Olan Var mı?

Merhaba arkadaşlar az önce 6 yıldır kullanmakta olduğum developer hesabım kapatıldı. Daha önce bu durumu yaşayıp hesabı geri kurtarabilen oldu mu? Hesabımı açabilecek olana 10000 Tl ücret öderim. Yardımcı olabilecek arkadaşlar varsa pm bekliyorum

Play Developer ise kolay kolay açılmaz. Geçmiş olsun.
