İşte müvekkilimiz MÜ - YAP Bağlantılı Hak Sahibi Fonogram Yapımcıları Meslek Birliği de, üyeleri bulunan fonogram yapımcılarının bu haklarını korumak ve takip etmek üzere kurulmuş bir meslek birliğidir. Tüm bu sebeplerle, ilgili mevzuat hükümleri gereğince iş bu e-mailimizin tarafınıza ulaşmasından itibaren 3 ( üç ) gün içerisinde sözü edilen yasa dışı kullanımın ( ihlalin ) sona erdirilmesini, ihlale konu mp3lerin, video kliplerin içerikten çıkarılmasını ve yapılan radyo yayınının durdurulmasını aksi takdirde ise sitenize erişimin engellenmesi ve hakkınızda ceza ve hukuk davası açılması için ulusal ve uluslar arası mevzuattan kaynaklanan tüm başvuru ve şikayet haklarının kullanılacağını ihtaren bildiririz.
