Thank you for contacting Support. I would like to thank you for your patience while we investigated this matter.

I understand you are wanting to get access to your domain name. After review of these domain nnames, we found that the following domain can't be verified with a valid domain owner based on the Registrant who is Contact information:

XX.com
XXnet
XX.com
XX.net
XX.com
XX.org

With regards to ICANN regulations, we are not able to move any domains that we cannot match the ID to that Registrant contact information. Since we are required to match your government issued ID to the current Registrant information, we cannot use receipts with Teknocloud or proof of access to the domain through Teknoclouds CRM, We also are aware that this CRM system was never directly connected to the domain, so any changes you possibly made in that panel did not reflect on the domain WhoIs.

We do have a newly available process in which customers who cannot verify their domains that have Azure or TeknoClouds contact information can attempt to get their domain names back. This process was made possible with an agreement with Afternic, who we can post the domains for sale there in which case you can repurchase them through Afternic or any of their affiliates. We understand that this is not ideal for domain owners. It is the only option we are able to do at this time to get domains that we cannot verify the contact information on to the party who owned or is interested in owning them. By doing so you will be buying the domain name for a higher price than what Teknocloud was charging as they were not directly paying the registry the appropriate price for domains. And it will be up to Afternic's algorithm to decide the pricing but is primary around $20USD for domains. The other option is to buy them as they expire through an expired domain auction or wait for the domain name to be made publicly available. If you wish to get the domains via Afternic Auction please let us know so we can put the request. When we do this request, the domain will be parked until it has been purchased or until after it expires from the account its in. This means the active site will be down, until this process is completed, which is why we are not moving them directly to them.

Eğer bashettiğin teknocloud panelden whois güncelleme ise, 1 senede geçse bir şey değişmez. Onların artık yönetim panelinde değil çünkü. Whois gizlemeniz önemli değil siz domain panele hangi bilgileri yazdıysanız o bilgileri sağlamanız gerekli. Whois şu an gizli olsa bile sorun değil. Onlar gizli olan bilgilerin arkasını görebiliyor.

teşekkürler hocam, ancak bir türlü doğrulama sağlanamadı. aklım almıyor bir türlü, sanırım whoise ek olarak kimliğimde bir isim daha olmasından dolayı.
