Hello,
I have to explain our problem. We are currently using cpanel licenses from your
reseller Nixcon. We have more than 138 server that is using cPanel. And we are
paying our fee regularly to your reseller Nixcon. But for about a week we are
getting license error on our panels. Our bussiness is about to sink like a
boat.
We have talked with our Reseller and they said there is a problem with cPanel
license because of their fault. But they also said we made whatever they
(cPanel) want and waiting. Here is a result of one of my ip in verify page.

62.68.196.41 using package NIXCON-INTERNAL and is licensed though: Nixcon
Networks, Inc. (active on: 2006-08-01 15:56:09, group: Nixcon Networks, Inc.*)
and is suspended by cPanel Inc

Please, please, please ,please help us.

I can even buy my licenses myself seperate from Nixcon. I want you to unsuspend
our licenses immediately.

Our cPanel license is suspended for a week. We talked to our reseller Nixcon and they said that this problem is not their fault. They also said that they are agreed to unsuspend licenses immediately and waiting cPanel to unsuspend licenses. We need to know when will you reactivate our license. Our business is heavily damaged because of this problem.

Osman Makal tam olarak nedeni açıklanırsa cpanel suspend konusunun en azından bilgimiz olsun. Bilgimiz olmayan bir konuda da cpanelin üstüne gitmemiz ne kadar dopru onu da bilmiyorum...

Perşembe günü herkesde oldu bu sorun bizim dc ye özgü değil sonra bizim dc gelmedi cuma oldu pazartesi şimdi salı ama bugün veri merkezi yetkilileri biz her isteklerini yerine getirdik onların düzeltmesini bekliyoruz büyük ihtimal düzelecek dedi. Ama bunu demesinin üzerinden 4-5 saat geçiyor bu durumun hızlı sonuçlanması için ticket atmanızı istedim belki onca insan ticket atınca birşeyler hızlanır yada sinirden saçmalıyorum...
