We have a problem with our domain(s). We did not success with dns modification. Our NS's have not been accepted by your system. How can I resolve this problem. My ns addresses are ns.bilmemne.com ns2.bilmemne.com, and my domain is domain.be.

You sent a vague e-mail.I didn't understand what your problem was.I suppose you can't set up the nameservers you want your domain to be connected to.
Here the instructions to follow in order to update your DNS Servers.
1. Use your Eurodns and log-in into your account on Register .EU Domain Name - Official .EU Registrar - European Domain Names - EuroDNS
2. Click on DNS PROFILE on your left in My Account area, and check that your DNS Servers you want to use exist as a profile.
3. Then click on "My domains" to display your domains. Click on the first icon behind the domain name of your choice (called "Details")
4. Find the area "Name Server" information and click the "MODIFY" button
5. Then select the profile of the desired DNS Servers and click on "USE THIS PROFILE"
6. Important: please validate again by saving all information AT THE BOTTOM of the page.
It is important that your DNS servers are configured correctly.
If you can't update your DNS servers, your DNS are not well configured for the zone. Some registries do not accept to update DNS servers if those are not well configured or do not match their criteria. Please fix this technical point with your DNS servers provider company. DNS servers need to be well configured FIRST.
If you are not able to configure them correctly, please just use the DNS servers of Eurodns (it is a free service) You can do all just like the domain was on your own DNS servers using the "DNS" panel to save your A / MX and CNAME records
