Plesk'te Sorun Yaşıyorum ve Bir Türlü Düzelmiyor.!

Arkadaşlar Öncelikle Merhaba Aranıza Yeni Katılıyorum.
Benim Bir Problemim var ve bu problemi aşamıyorum çok araştırdım ama buldugum 1-2 sonuc işe yaramadı. plesk ana ip filan gözükmüyor. ftp ayarlarını yapamıyorum yani domain açamıyorum
HATA :
Error: Unable to fetch IP addresses list: ifmng failed: Class not registered (COM Error 80040154) at Unable to get all IP addresses

Bunu Veriyor ve Delirmek Üzereyim Windows Kuruyorum Hep Aynı Sorunu Yapıyor.

Yok Plesk 8.3 de bunu yapıyordu bende kaldırdım plesk 8.4 kurdum ondada aynısını yapıyor valla ne yapacagımı sasırdım artık

benim anladığım kadarı ile domain oluşturuyorsun ve ftp den bağlanamıyor bu hatayı alıyorsun doğrumu? eğer doğru ise adminden domain oluşturdukdan sonra aomain kullanıcısından izin vermelisin o izini vermediysen ne domaine ait plesk kontrol panele nede ftp ye giremezsin.. bilgine.. her konuda bana ulaşa bilirsin yardımcı olmaya çalışırım..
