Sedo Ödemelerinde Bilgi Güncelleme Problemi?

Merhaba arkadaşlar,
Bir kaç aydır sedo ödemesinde sıkıntı yaşıyorum. Biraz önce gelen mail'in içeriğinde aşağıdaki gibidir.

Yukarıdaki bilgiler neticesinde hesabınızda herhangi bir değişiklik yapan varmı? Hesap bilgilerinin eksik olduğunu söylüyor fakat hesapta bir sorun yok bilgiler tamam?

Konuyu hortlatmış gibi olacağım fakat tam olarak aynı sorundan müzdaribim. Kaç ay oldu ödeme alamıyorum.Ne yapacağım bilmiyorum,nereye mail atmam gerekir?

yok mu bilen arkadaşlar , 3 aydır ödeme alamıyorum herşeyin tam olmasına rağmen
