Cgi-bin ver perl Scriptler

Merhabalar,
Linux centOS 4.4 Kullnıyorum ustunde cPanel fakat cgi-bin klasorene attgm perl scriptler hep su hatayı veriyor

hayır chmodla ilgili bir problem değil tüm dosyaların chmodları 777 aynı hatayı bende alıyorum sorunun cevabını nette bulamadım ?
Yardımcı olabilecek biri yokmu ?

Dosyalara 777 CHMOD vermenizden kaynaklanıyor sanırım hata. sunucuda PhpSuExec kurulu sanırım. Lütfen dosyalara 644 (yetmezse 755) klasörlere de 755 (standart) CHMOD verip dener misiniz.
