Centos Time Zone problemi

Selam arkadaşlar
centos vps imde time zone ayarlayamıyorum
PHP Version 5.2.17

php.ini içerisinden

[Date]
; Defines the default timezone used by the date functions
date.timezone = "Europe/Istanbul"

olarak ayarlamam rağmen sitemde
şu hatayı alıyorum ne yapmam lazım? :S

adreslerini
okuma yetkisi varmıdır ?
