Dmoz başvuruda mail sorunu?

Editörlük için başvuru yaptım onay mailini tekrar gönderdiğimde bana hat maili geliyor...aşağıdaki şekilde ne yapmalıyım??

Sorun onay mailine herhangi birşeyler yazıyor olman oldugu gibi replay yap yani forward mail gibi
