reminded that PayPal reviews every transaction before it is approved,
and occasionally, we must limit funding options or decline a payment.
This is because we have an internal security program that looks into
each transaction individually. I know that you do have sufficient funds
to pay for that transaction, but then, this security system that we have
is not looking into your credit. It is just looking on the transaction
itself and checks if there may be any possible problems in the future.
And if that's the case, we will not let the transaction go through with
