Thanks for contacting Google Play Developer Support.

Upon checking the Payment Profile associated with your developer account is set as an organization/business. You may check this via pay.google.com if you sign in with the email used during Play Developer registration. Unfortunately, as noted in this article from our Help Center, an account and a payments profile can't be unlinked or changed once they’re linked.

I understand you are having trouble with the verification process because you are being prompted to verify as an organization/business. As a workaround, you may create a new payments profile first before signing up for another individual/personal Play Developer account. Then what we can do is to refund and delete your account so you can create a new one with the correct entity type this time.




Here are the following steps you may take to create a new individual/personal payments profile with the attached screenshots for your reference:

If you would like to proceed, please successfully create a new payments profile then respond with “I confirm to have my Play Console Developer account with the Developer ID ____________ closed and have its registration fee refunded to its original payment method.”

Then we will proceed to refund and delete your account so you can create a new one with the correct entity type this time.
