Arkadaşlar yabancı bir firmadan düzenli ödeme alıyorum. Bu ay gönderilen para hesabıma geçmedi. Bankaya sorduk gelen veya bekleyen bir ödeme yok diyor.

Firmada şu şekilde bir mail göndermiş. İngilizcem var diye biliyorum ama türkçem yokmuş anlamadım ne demek istediklerini:

"We consulted our bank and confirmed that the payment was processes succesfully from their side. They are in process of crediting your account with the returned amount today.

They have shared the UTR code below,which you can provide to your bank to assist in locating the payment. The UTR code contain all information that your bankneeds to be able to find the payment, including the date when the payment was received bey your bank.

UTR code is XXX...."
