Arkadaşlar merhaba. Bir tanıdığım var eşi geçen senelerde vefat etti ve eşinin bittrexde hesabı mevcut. içeride bulunan btcyi çekmeye çalıştık fotoğraflı doğrulama istediği için çekemedik. Destek talebi oluşturup durumu izah etmeye çalıştık aşağıdaki yanıtı aldık. Anladığım kadarıyla bir mahkeme kararı istiyorlar. Bu konuda ne yapabiliriz fikri olan var mı?

Thank you for your inquiry. Unless prior arrangements were made to provide you with access to account in question, there is nothing we can do to grant access to any funds held within the account at this time. The estate would need to request a court order to release the funds, and such an order would need to be provided to Bittrex.
