As per our licensing terms, Personal license can be used by individuals/hobbyists, or businesses which made less than 5000 us$ of income of all their activities since they exist.

If you fall into this category, you then have to monitor the income you do from all of your works made with Construct 2. Once you reach 5000 us$ made, you have to upgrade to Business license.

If, in the first place, you are part of an established business that already made more than 5000 us$ over its lifetime, from all its activities (not just selling games/games made with C2) you are then to buy and use the Business license right away.

The Business license does not have income monitoring.

For both licenses, you need to buy as many licenses as you will have members of your team who will work directly in Construct 2
