A transaction only gets billed once the customer confirms the purchase with the PIN/Keyword that was sent to your mobile phone. If you are unable to enter the PIN/Keyword, the transaction will be canceled. Otherwise, the credits should be delivered within 24 hours from the time they were purchased.
