Dear authorized, I have some problems about keypad with my Blackberry 9700 phone. You know while you are texting or writing something with keys , the keys sound like plastic . But this plastic sound is not there when I click enter button and my enter button is not working well. How can I solve these problems? If I change the keypad to new one , will it be OK? Or is there any problem about my device's board?
