The security question and answer is a v-i'tal part of our efforts to ensure the safety of our customers property. You would be surprised at the number of times someone has the correct customer number and password, but fraudulently requests changes to a license.

This question and answer is chosen by the owner of the license the first time they enter the Members Area. It's not unreasonable to expect the owner of the license to get this answer right since it was the owner that chose both the question and answer.

There is a very clear message about this when you are asked to chose the security question and answer:

Please select a question and answer that other people would not be able to easily guess and you can easily remember.

NOTE: Once you enter a question, it will not be editable or viewable via the members' area! Also be very careful choosing the correct question and answer. Answering this with nonsense or something you will not remember may result in you not being able to prove your ownership of this account in cases of disputes and lost info.
