When we upgrade your shared account to a reseller account, we're actually going to be moving it to a different server.

There are two ways to do this:

1. We could transfer your existing account and all of your current/old files to the reseller account.

2. Or we could create a fresh reseller account for you, which would get rid of all your old existing files.

We will also edit the DNS zone to forward your domain to the new server in the meantime, before you change the DNS to the new nameservers we send you. This minimizes downtime.
