You need to run upgrade.php not any other scripts. This ensures that all upgrades are performed correctly.

You may need to restore a database backup from before starting the upgrade process then run the upgrade script again.

Did you restore the backup from before you started the upgrade? You have skipped a number of steps by not running the upgrade script correctly and so need to revert to your most recent backup then start again.
