Hello Yavuz,
Here is the procedure:

1. You'll need to show a receipt for payment of the license.
2. We will have to contact the reseller to verify he/she was paid (no chargebacks, etc.)
3. If it has not been 90 days, it will have to wait for 90 days before the procedure starts.
4. You'll need to pay the difference of what you paid and our retail price of $169.00
5. You'll need to pay a $20.00 license transfer fee.
