This is due to an issue with a few of Level3.net's routes. I'm getting an average of 25+ % packetloss on 4 of their routers when I traceroute back to your IP address. Unfortunately, since the problem lies outside of our network, there is not much that we can do about this. The good thing is Level3.net, I'm certain, is working to resolve this and everything should be back to normal shortly.
