In order to move forward with your request, our legal department requires a signed change of account form, and a business id. Below are the types of business documentation we will accept.


A copy of business ID for the Company listed as current registrant.


(Please send one of the following)

Ø A copy of business license

Ø Tax certificate (number alone is not acceptable)

Ø Doing Business As documentation

Ø Fictitious Name documentation



If possible, please scan or take a digital photo of the information, attach to an email and send to change@secureserver.net or fax to 480-624-2547. Our domain services department will contact you via email after receiving the information. At that time we will either inform you of what is needed to process your request, or we will let you know that your request has been completed.
