Be sure to unlock it before transfer.
Login to your account
Under "domain information"
click on the number beside Total domains (x)
your domain list will appear
Click ON the domain name you are transferring
it will open another page
On the right hand side there is a menu -
click on whois contact information
Scroll down past your info and on the left side you will see
AUTH CODE with the number you need for the transfer.
