I notice 2 problems:

1. Going to your index.php gives me a Page not found.

Renaming your .htaccess file to .htaccess.org seems to fix that.

2. Warning: array_keys() [function.array-keys]: The first argument should be an array in /includes/functions.php on line 3503

Somehow the data in your database is incorrect. How did you transfer the database to your new host?

You can try to solve the database problems by uploading tools.php from the 'do_not_upload' folder of your vBulletin distribution to your admincp directory. Now point your browser to tools.php.

- Reset the cookie Domain and Path to the default values.
- Run all the 3 Datastore options
- Run: Style, Settings and Language

Once your problem is fixed please remove tools.php again from the server.
