Dear GoDaddy.com Customer,

Your request to transfer the domain name LIGHABER.COM has failed. Please contact your current registrar for the domain to find out why the transfer was rejected. Your transfer request will remain active in our system for 30 days, after which time it will expire. Once any standing issues have been resolved with your current registrar, you will be free to reinitiate the transfer through us as long as the transfer has not expired.

You may be able to resolve the error simply by resubmitting the domain transfer request.

You may be asked to log in to resubmit your transfer request. To safely log in:

1. Go to the GoDaddy.com Web site. Be sure you're at the GoDaddy.com home page (instead of clicking on unidentifiable links, pop-ups, etc.).

2. Select "My Account" from the home page. Enter your log in name (or customer number) and password. Then, click "Secure Login."

3. In your account management area, select "Pending Domain Transfers" from the list.

4. Select the transfers you wish to retry and then click the "Retry" button to proceed.

If you have forgotten your password, select the "retrieve my password" link on the log in page.
