Looks like we are waiting on a fax from you before we can approve your account. If you haven't sent the fax you will need to print this form and follow the instructions:

If you've already sent the fax then it's just a matter of time. The faxes are checked routinely and you should be approved shortly. Sending another one to make sure it got through correctly never hurts!
At times the balance is charged before the fax is received. This can be refunded if you have troubles with the fax and are unable to activate the account.
