Unfortunately in order for the transfer to go through you will need to go through your current registrar and make sure that your administrative email is correct. When we attempt a domain transfer we go directly to the registrar and get any information needed through them. Also in the whois information it shows sahrahost (nuh.cakir@gmail.com) which could be confusing the system. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
