Leaseweb'in AMS-IX(Amsterdam Internet Exchange)'e 40gbit bağlantısı var.Türk telekom'un AMS-IX'e olan bağlantısı 20gbit.Leaseweb'in ayrıca DE-CIX'e 10gbit bağlantısı var eğerki Telekom'un AMS-IX bağlantısı giderse türkiyeye olan trafiği DE-CIX'den route edilir.

Hi,
That is right, Turk Telekom is experiencing problems at AMS-IX. We are
dumping some traffic at DEC-IX but their capacity is too low to handle
all traffic.

Hello,
We tried also London and Frankfurt, and there are the same delays. Right
now the traffic from us to AS9121 goes through London IX - this gave us
little smaller pings than direct traffic through AMS-IX.
