At the present time, I am unable to duplicate the issue you are experiencing. This error message can be caused by reaching the maximum allowed concurrent connections if it is intermittent. Any file on your hosting space is 'data'. The 50 connection limit on a Linux shared hosting plan refers to 'concurrent connections'. This means that there can be up to 50 connections downloading files from your hosting account at the same time. Any time someone accesses a web page, they are downloading the document to their computer, including any images that appear on the page.

Most web page files and/or images used on the web are fairly small. This means that 50 people could all be going to your site at the same time, but you would not reach the limit since one connection may download a file faster than another. Once one connection finishes downloading the file(s) of the page, it is no longer a connection, as it is no longer requesting any data from the site.

If you find that this is happening on a consistent basis, you may want to consider our Virtual Dedicated or Dedicated services. You would need to know how to setup and maintain a server in order to use this option. To find out more, visit the links below.
