kernel /vmlinuz-2.6.9-22.EL ro root=/dev/VolGroup00/LogVol00 reboot=b bu şekilde olacak

In /boot/grub/grub.conf on the kernel line you need to add "reboot=b" to the end of the line.
This should solve the problem the after the next time you call for the system to reboot itself.
