1. Should you wish to cancel your plan please kindly indicate the reason for your cancellation. Please also reply to billing@netfirms.com with one of the following:

Your Member username and password OR
Reply with a copy of your Netfirms Welcome Letter OR
The Answer to your security question

2. Please state whether you wish to continue to administer your domain settings. If so, we will downgrade your hosting account to a Parked Plan so you will continue to have access to the Netfirms Control Panel for administering your domain name(s).
