veya diğer biçimlerde umuma iletimine izin vermek veya yasaklamak
hakkına sahiptir.

uluslar arası mevzuattan kaynaklanan tüm başvuru ve şikayet haklarının

intellectual property in Turkey, Phonogram producers are authorized for
or to prohibit the sale of the musical fixations through instruments
whether by cable or over the air, also digital transmission included,
the public distribution of the performances present at the phonograms
(cassette, CD) where the phonogram producers have the rights on.
