Sitemdeki eklentiler önceden indirilebiliyordu. Host değişikliği yaptım ve site açıldıktan sonra eklentilerdeki problemi gideremedim.

allow_url_fopen değerini on ve off olarak 2 şekilde de denedim fakat sonuç değişmedi..
