Merhabalar, https://dns.google/cache üzerinden dns cache temizleyin a ve ns recordları daha sonra web config dosyanızda allowunlisted false mevcut ise tek tırnak ile kapatın index.html de default.aspx e yönlendirme yapmış olabilirsiniz.
