At this stage, it is important to note that all shareholderswhether they currently hold shares or are intended shareholdersmust be verified as part of the compliance process. Even if shares have not yet been issued, verification is required at this point. Failing to do so now would result in a significantly more complex and costly procedure later on. Please ensure that the following documents are provided for each Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO), Director, and Shareholder:
