Dukascopy Bank SA (Dukascopy), as a Swiss bank, has a legal obligation to report certain customer account information to the Swiss Federal Tax Administration (FTA) for the purpose of the automatic exchange of tax and financial information (AEOI).
The FTA will forward the information received from Dukascopy to the relevant tax authorities of states that have signed the AEOI agreement with Switzerland (partner states) for the purpose of combating tax evasion.
Our records indicate that at least one holder or beneficial owner of your account had a tax residence in a partner country on December 31, 2023, and the relevant information will be reported to the FTA by June 30, 2024.
