hocam bu muhtemelen olay gerçekleştikten sonraki loglar, nginx tarafından mı alıyorsunuz ? apache nin error logları ne diyor acaba ? yada tam tersi apache ise nginx ne diyor, web sitenizin varsa error logları,
mesela bu hata varken , apache status olarak ne görünüyor ?
hata da görünen nginx proxy yaptığı servise bağlanamıyor ve o servis durmuş muhtemelen.
