I'm sorry to hear you are having this problem. We see your account had Gateway Rejected due to Transaction Risk Model Score. Sav uses a series of fraud detection measures. Sometimes they incorrectly flag transactions.

To request removal from fraud detection, please include the following in this support ticket:

A copy of your government-issued ID
A copy of the credit card used to purchase the domain with everything redacted except the name on the card and the last 4 digits of the card number.

We will get this resolved as quickly as possible once you have provided the following above.
I appreciate your patience.

Please be informed it will not be possible to remove fraud detection without the required documents.
