Arkadaşlar PEP'e kayıt oldum, kredi kartı olarak da hetzner hesabıma ekledim fakat hetzner hala o karttan ödeme alamıyor. Mail'den sebebini sorduğumda böyle dediler:

Dear Client,
 
 we checked the failure message and received the information 'Authorization refused'.
 
 Your card has been rejected by your banks/credit cards gateway provider.
 Unfortunately we do not get any further details about the error so you would have to contact your bank/credit card provider to investigate this deeper.
 
 You may also check if 3d-secure is enabled on your credit card account settings.
