This issue could be occurring because your account has been blocked due to inactivity. We sent out several emails to our inactive users in November of 2021, prompting them to log into their accounts before December 17th, 2021. If you did not do so or did not contact support then your account got blocked. Please keep in mind, that we only blocked users that did not invest their own funds onto the platform.
