Softaculous üzerinden opencart 4.0 versiyonunu hesaba kurmak istediğimde aşağıdaki hatayı alıyorum.
INFO.XML dosyasına ulaşılamıyor. Lütfen sistem yöneticinize başvurun.
Softaculous üzerinde script güncellemeyi çalıştırıyorum orada ise bu hata ekrana geliyor.

Softaculous lisansı mı? Softaculous api sunucu ip adresleri sunucunuz tarafında izinli mi? Update settings doğru mu? Cron denendi mi? Örneğin cPanelde /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cron.php denenebilir. Bunların hepsine bakılması lazım.
